James Montgomery Boice (1938-2000) was president of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals and a speaker on the Bible Study Hour for over thirty years. He wrote or contributed to nearly fifty books and was senior pastor of Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
