The book was interesting but is like an out line to a book of the future with more details on the management of the business and technical details and pictures. The true value of the book is that it is not an academic text book. This is the best book on Age Group swimming that I've read since Howard Firby's book. His model provides an important link not only between first, second and third-wave CBT models, but also between CBT and psychoanalytic and humanistic approaches. I enjoyed being introduced to the day walker vampires. It kept me reading from the very beginning and was so glad for such a happy ending.
